What are PixHold photo magnets made of?

Our magnets are crafted using high-quality metal and magnet sheets, ensuring durability and vivid photo quality.

Can I preview my design before it’s made?

Yes! When adding images on the product page, you can crop them into a square shape before adding them to your cart. If you don’t crop the images yourself, they will be automatically trimmed into a square. To ensure your design looks perfect, we recommend cropping your images as desired before finalizing your order!

What sizes are available for photo magnets?

Currently, we offer 2.5x2.5 inch square magnets. Check back for updates as we expand our product range.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, it moves quickly into production to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders after they’ve been submitted. Please double-check your design and details before finalizing your purchase.

What is your return policy?

All custom products are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. However, if you believe you’ve received a defective product, please reach out to us at  hello@pixhold.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make things right.

PixHold is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
